Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about Right Shout's work. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or use its content unlawfully.
Information on the website
We take reasonable care over the information we publish, but general website content is not a promise of a particular commercial result and is not a substitute for advice or terms agreed for a specific engagement. Ecommerce and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside Right Shout's control.
Client services and internal systems
Descriptions of our capabilities and internal systems explain how Right Shout works. They do not grant access to a client account, create authority to change an external platform, or form a client engagement. Any access, deliverable or action must be covered by separate written terms and the relevant account authorisation.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, its written content, design and original materials belong to Right Shout Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the website, but may not reproduce or commercially reuse its content without written permission. Rights in client work are governed by the relevant client agreement.
Third-party services and links
The website may refer to third-party platforms or link to external sites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Right Shout is not responsible for the availability or content of an external site it does not control.
Availability
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from error, but we take reasonable steps to keep it secure and functioning.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Shout is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Liability connected with a client engagement is governed by the signed client agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and client-authorised platform data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms and will change the date above when we do. Updating these website terms does not amend a signed client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
